Catering with The Grumpy Baker is an easy way to bring daily fresh-baked quality to your next office breakfast, meeting or celebration.
Our catering menu features the same gourmet pies, sausage rolls, pastries, and Middle Eastern-inspired sandwiches and salads you’ll find in-store. All baked fresh and ready to go.
ORDERING MUST-KNOWS
- Items are individually priced. Minimum order of 4 pieces per item. All prices exclusive of GST.
- Minimum order is $50. Sunday orders incur a 10% surcharge. Orders must be finalised and paid at least 7 days prior to pick-up. Once paid, no further changes can be made to the order.
- Items will be packaged in catering boxes. Alternatively, we are more than happy to plate items onto platters of your choosing, if notified and supplied in advance.

Whether you’re feeding a small team or a large group, catering orders can be picked up from bakery locations right across Sydney, from the Eastern Suburbs to the CBD and North Shore.
Simply fill out our catering form, choose your preferred pickup location and date, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How far in advance do I need to place a catering order?
All catering orders must be placed and finalised at least 7 days prior to your pick-up date.

Which locations can I pick up a catering order from?
Catering orders can be collected from most of our Sydney locations, including Vaucluse, Bellevue Hill, Maroubra, Neutral Bay, Waverton, Bilpin, Bus Stop (Elizabeth St), Bond St (Abercrombie Lane), and Potts Point. Select your preferred pickup location when placing your order online.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order is $50.00. Orders need to be finalised and paid at least 7 days before your pick-up date, and once paid, no further changes can be made.
Do you deliver?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer delivery. Orders are for pick-up, items come packaged in catering boxes ready to go.
Can I supply my own plates?
Yes! If you provide your platters in advance, we’re happy to plate your order on them for you.
