All of our cafés feature our freshly baked sourdough breads and an extensive range of pastries and muffins baked throughout the day. These include croissants, pain au chocolat, cheese sticks, fruit scrolls and chocolate brownies.
We use Single Origin coffee beans, T2 teas and Bonsoy soy milk. Our Byron Bay chai tea is infused in the pot with fresh ginger and rose water. We are currently trialling almond milk in our Vaucluse store due to customer feedback.
Our breakfast and lunch menus feature fresh seasonal produce with the emphasis on our breads. There are fresh salads and sandwiches (plus soups in winter)and we make our jams and muesli inhouse. We make our own pies and sausage rolls - puff pastry filled with slow braised meats and vegetables (chicken Harissa, Moroccan lamb). In fact they are so popular they sell out quickly each day.
In addition to our cafe menu, we have a range of healthy, housemade frozen meals made following our family tradition. These include family pies, beef lasagne, beef cottage pie, lamb shepherds pie and eggplant parmigiana. All are preservative and additive free ready to just pop into a preheated oven.
