HOW TO ORDER

All orders for BREADS and MUFFINS must be placed before 1.00pm the previous day with the exception of gourmet bread and sourdough two days notice for deliveries 6 days per week.
Order before Friday 1:00pm for Sat/Sun.
There will be no one in the office on Sat/Sun & Public Holidays.
NB: different ordering times will apply for public holiday.
Orders for the following day will NOT be processed if placed after these deadlines.
MINIMUM ORDER
Due to fuel, driver and packaging costs, a minimum $50.00 order is required. Any orders under the minimum will accrue a Delivery Fee.
DELIVERIES
Wherever possible, we will deliver at the earliest convenient time for you. However, if your premises cannot be attended at the best time we deliver in your area, it will be your responsibility to provide a secure place for orders to be left and to ensure that payment is made promptly. Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery as arranged and must be paid for regardless of any theft or damage not caused by us. Please take the time to ensure that the agreed delivery arrangements are safe and secure.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Normal terms of payment are transfer, cheque or if credit is approved by us, a seven day account provided that the account is paid in full by the seventh day. In the latter case, by transfer or cheque with remittance to follow
NB: unfortunately if payments are not made by agreed date, we regret that deliveries may be cancelled.
UNPAID ACCOUNTS
Unpaid accounts will incur a late fee which will accrue daily until payment is received.
RETURNS
We do not take returns or credits in the event of a customer over ordering or not being able to sell stock.
