Sourdough Loaf:
A100% natural sour culture which creates a beautiful soft cheesy & fruity flavour than the traditional sour and vinegar flavours of sour dough.
Sourdough Lite White:
“It’s just nice” A soft white loaf crispy on the outside and soft inside. Vienna shape.
Traditional Rye Black Russian:
60% Rye. Soft texture and rich with flavour of malt and rye.
Kibble Rye Sourdough:
A German style loaf with 60% kibble Rye sourdough culture. Very fruity and cheesy flavours. The shelf life on this product is fantastic.
Spelt Rye & Malt Sourdough loaf:
100% rye culture with the fragrance of malt and a nutty flavour of the spelt flour. Spelt is a grain highly nutritious, ancient cereal grain.
Roast garlic & Olive sourdough loaf:
Sourdough rich with whole cloves of roast garlic & olives, for the lover of garlic.
Potato & Rosemary sourdough loaf:
Roast potato with hint of rosemary mixed with 100% sourdough and olive oil.
Organic Carrot Sourdough:
A German style loaf with 60% kibble Rye sourdough culture plus 20% grated carrot.100% organic flour. Very fruity and cheesy flavours. The shelf life on this product is 5 to 7 days.
Olive sourdough:
Sourdough infused with kalamata olives
Linseed, Soy and 7 Grains:
Very dense and moist 500gm tin loaf
Pugliese:
70% Rye. A very dense and moist sourdough Italian style loaf.
Pumpernickel:
100% Rye sourdough culture. Fermented over 24 hrs. A very moist German bread perfect with Blue Cheese and Camembert.
The Grumpy fruit Loaf:
Rich with 60% fruit. Has a rich mixed spice flavour ideal for toasting.
Walnut and Fig:
Made with lashing of butter and honey mixed with the fig and raisins to create unusual aroma and flavour. Lovely toasted, breakfast heaven
Ciabatta Raisin & Spice:
100% sourdough culture. A touch of spice and 60% sultana
